Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use PropPipeline, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred by applicable law or if your account has been previously terminated.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Interfere with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

4. Property Listings

PropPipeline is a platform for users to post and browse investment properties. We do not represent buyers or sellers and do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings. Users are solely responsible for their listings, negotiations, and transactions.

5. VIP Membership and Promotions

Certain features, such as early access to listings or property promotion, require a paid membership. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).
Pay all applicable fees unless canceled before the renewal date.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

6. Membership Changes & Cancellations

Upgrades: If you upgrade your membership, the upgrade takes effect immediately. A pro‑rated charge for the difference in plan price for the remainder of your current billing period will be applied.
Downgrades: If you downgrade, your current plan remains active through the end of your current billing period. The lower plan rate applies at the start of your next billing period.
Cancellations: If you cancel, you retain access to your current plan features through the end of your current billing period. After that, access to paid features ends and no further charges will be incurred unless you re-subscribe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and code, is owned by PropPipeline or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our express permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the outcome of real estate transactions initiated through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropPipeline and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
